Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during this process, you can return later and access your application using your portal account email address and password. Please remember to save this information for future use.

Application Types

1. Student with Guarantor - If you are applying with a Guarantor, please use the Student with Guarantor application type. Please do not start separate applications. The primary applicant will be asked to add a guarantor during this process. If an occupant is 17 years of age at the time of application but will be 18 years of age at move-in, the primary occupant can apply on their own but must have parents sign a parental consent form generated within the application.

2. Self Qualifying - If you are applying individually and would like to qualify on your own, please use the Self Qualifying application type. You must provide verifiable proof of income within the application.

3. International Student - If you are an International Student, please use the International Student application type.

4. Student with Guarantor Waiver - If you are a full-time student and do not have a personal guarantor, please use the Student with Guarantor Waiver application type to be auto-enrolled in the Guarantor Waiver Program. *Additional Monthly Fees apply
